1. Initial Inquiry
Discuss key business elements with your sales representative, including location, store size, and business model.
2. Consultation
Once the location is confirmed, we conduct a site evaluation on local conditions, analyze competitors, and assess business feasibility.
3. Market Analysis
After confirming feasibility, the lease contract is signed for the selected site.
(*Note: A minimum ceiling height of 3 meters is required.)
4. Lease Agreement
We begin by reviewing the building blueprint, conducting on-site measurements of the rental space, and proceeding with detailed drawing work.
5. Site Measurement & Floor Plan
Based on the finalized layout, a purchase agreement is signed for the K-GOLF system to be installed in the store.
6. Purchase Agreement
An interior contractor is selected, and construction is carried out based on the finalized plans.
7. Store Construction & Interior Work
Certified K GOLF engineers are dispatched to the site to install the indoor golf system with precision and expertise.
8. System Installation
Store staff are recruited to handle daily operations and customer service.
9. Staff Recruitment
Prior to opening, K-GOLF performs a comprehensive inspection to ensure all systems are fully operational.
10. Final System Inspection
Starting 7 days before the grand opening, we assist with local marketing efforts including banners, flyers, social media campaigns, and apartment community outreach.
